THEN JOINMARVIN RIDGE’S COLORGUARD What is Color Guard? Color Guard is a vital part of any dynamic Band Program and is the main visual element in a marching band. Instead of playing an instrument, guard members explore the world of Dance while spinning Flags, Rifles, and Sabres.  By combining the elements of dance and flag work (and other expressive equipment as well), the Color guard adds visual magic to any marching band show, yet can stand alone on its own as a performance ensemble.   Our goal for the MR Color Guard is for it to become a top-notch unit!  We have the resources and personnel to make it happen, and we are excited about the possibilities for the future!
